Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options possible, regardless of where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers all over the world, making sure that you receive the highest level of service possible.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging take 1-2 business days.
- Shipping time: US orders are typically delivered within 3–4 business days after the tracking number is activated, while international orders usually take around 7–15 business days. These timeframes refer to the period from when the item leaves our warehouse to when it reaches its destination.
- All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
